By registering, the Parent or Legal Guardian acknowledges awareness that North Palm Beach Baseball, consistent with current laws and regulations, does NOT require masks to be worn or social distancing to be maintained at practices, games, and other outdoor activities and events.  By allowing their child to participate, the Parent or Legal Guardian agrees to hold North Palm Beach Baseball and its volunteers harmless from any liability related in any way to masks and social distancing.
